Wilfred is a Nigerian Artist and Photographer born in Ajaokuta, Kogi State, Nigeria, with roots in Igbo-Eze North, Enugu State. He studied Fine and Applied Arts at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, majoring in Graphics.
His passion for art began in childhood, and over the years, he developed his skills in drawing and painting. In 2015, he acquired his first camera, which sparked a deep interest in photography. Blending Art with Photography, he specializes in Portrait, Conceptual, and Fine-Art Photography.
As a multidisciplinary artist, Wilfred is known for his Scribble Portrait drawing style, digital drawing/painting, Photo manipulation, and graphic design. His work reflects a profound commitment to creativity and self-expression.
In 2018, his piece "Enfume Fantome" earned him recognition at the 35AWARDS 4th International Photography Award in Moscow. There, he was listed among the Top 150 Conceptual Photo Nominees Worldwide and the Top 35 Nigerian Photographers and advanced to third-stage Voting. In 2019, he was awarded the Best Graphic Student of the Year at the AFAAS Award Night, University of Nigeria Nsukka.
Wilfred has collaborated with numerous Artists, Writers, and Musicians, completing over 500 commissioned works.
